However, while other forms of collaboration can be more complicated to execute, a partnership with unambiguous goals and clearly defined roles can allow nonprofits to further advance their missions and increase their impact. A great example of this is the partnership formed between Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity to help build affordable housing across the Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina.
